Event Types

Sound Bath

  • Bathe in the healing vibrational qualities of sound and voice. These events can include a personalized yoga philosophy talk around a subject of your choosing (i.e. self compassion, relaxation, connection, etc.)

  • Instrumentation can include: crystal singing bowls, therapeutic grade brass singing bowls, shruti box, symphonic gong, hand pan, Celtic harp, crystal pyramid, and more.

Group Yoga Therapy

  • If your group is experiencing a challenging situation (such as grief, addiction recovery, a shared trauma, etc.) Yoga Therapy Group Sessions can help to provide clarity and process emotions through the body and mind

Meditation & Sonic Wellness

Focused meditation and/or relaxation practices. Various instruments paired with mantra and guided meditation. Yogic philosophy is often included to provide a framework for befriending the mind, processing emotions, and connecting to your higher sense of purpose, value, and connection.

Mental Health, Trauma, & PTSD

Supportive practices to promote integrative reconnection of your mind and body. Somatic practices help individuals become aware of their bodily sensations, enabling them to release stored tension and develop a compassionate relationship with their experiences, fostering healing and resilience​​​​.
